Social Campaign Manager
Performance Marketing · Remote (Europe / US overlap) · Full-time
You own the daily budget decisions on a $1M+ monthly paid social portfolio for international brands, mostly on Meta.
This is a hands-on paid social role. You run the daily execution and the strategic planning of the paid portfolio for fast-growing international brands - allocating budget across channels, adjusting against performance, and answering for the outcome.
You will be in Meta daily, with an our analytics platform Violet and Google Analytics open next to it. Budgets are substantial and the pacing decisions are yours. Fully remote.
What you'll do
- Own the budget for the full paid digital portfolio, reallocating daily against performance and strategic priorities
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, adjusting off performance insight rather than a fixed calendar
- Keep stakeholders current on pacing and budget utilization, with the reasoning attached
- Run analysis in Violet and Google Analytics so allocation decisions hold up to scrutiny
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting: what worked, what didn't, what changes next
- Work across BI, Creative and Tracking so paid social is planned against the same signal as everything else
- Maintain a live testing pipeline - new channels, new strategies, media mix shifted on results
What you need
- 5+ years running paid social at scale, hands-on in Facebook Ads Manager
- 5+ years with Google Analytics, and comfort working in BI tools such as Tableau
- Track record managing large monthly budgets and defending the allocation
- Strong analytical instinct: you can find the trend in the data and say what to do about it
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the organization to run multiple campaigns at pace
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders
How we work
You are embedded in one partner's business, not spread across ten accounts. Paid social sits in a cross-functional squad next to CRM, creative and BI, so every budget decision is made against the same LTV:CAC signal. Remote, across European and US hours.
