Where are the roles based?
Exactius operates across four offices: Brooklyn (New York), Tel Aviv, Kyiv, and Madrid. Many roles are hybrid or remote-friendly within these geographies.
Do you hire for junior roles?
We hire across seniority levels — but every role requires prior hands-on execution experience. We don't hire for potential alone.
What does the interview process look like?
Typically three stages: an initial call with a recruiter, a technical interview with the relevant head of function, and a final conversation with senior leadership. We move fast — usually within two weeks from first call to offer.
What is the Growth Operating System?
The Growth Operating System (GOS) is the methodology every Exactius operator runs on — developed by David Manela. It combines a Capital Allocation Loop, Growth Infrastructure powered by Violet, and a cross-functional squad structure. Learning and operating the GOS is part of every role at Exactius.
