We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished professional to join our team as our inaugural VP, Client Partner.

This role is critical to our company's success as it involves driving revenue through strategic account management, building trusted relationships with senior executives, and fostering internal collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Take ownership of key accounts and be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective renewals, margin expansion, pricing optimization, and up/cross-selling initiatives. Utilize negotiation skills, confidence, and maturity to achieve successful outcomes.
- CLevel Relationship Building: Develop and nurture trusted business relationships with senior executives of client organizations. Demonstrate gravitas, sophistication, and a deep understanding of their business needs. Act as a strategic advisor, delivering tailored solutions and building long-term partnerships.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with success and delivery teams to ensure the consistent and reliable delivery of products or services to clients. Build trust and establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. Leverage your charm and exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate cooperation and achieve shared objectives.
- Account Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive account strategies aligned with client objectives and our company's goals. Identify opportunities for growth and formulate strategic plans to maximize account potential. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights to both clients and internal teams.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor account performance metrics, track revenue growth, and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and updates to internal Squads and leadership with achievements, challenges, and recommended strategies to enhance account management effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a senior account management role–preferably in a commercial setting–including experience negotiating deals.
- Strong expertise in driving revenue through renewals, margin expansion, pricing optimization, and up/cross-selling.
- Excellent negotiation skills, confidence, and maturity to engage in high-stakes negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives.
- Exceptional collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Description
We are seeking a dedicated, meticulous and detail-oriented CRM Operations Manager to join our team. This role is a key member of the CRM team, serving as the owner of the CRM Ops for your clients.
Your role would be to run the entire CRM operations on your account(s), working closely with strategy, production, creative and key stakeholders on the partner side to ensure everything runs like clockwork, owning the processes and smooth execution of our playbooks.
This role revolves around 3 core pillars - Project Management, Leadership and Communication. We’re looking for the right A player who excels in these 3 fields and loves challenging, working in a dynamic environment with a rockstar team!
This role will involve some hands-on work as well in Klaviyo, taking an active part in the CRM program and working with email templates, campaigns, segments, audiences and reports. Familiarity with Klaviyo is recommended but not a must.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the CRM program and work with all parties involved - including designers, copywriters, email developers on our side and client-side..
- Owning deadlines, email / sms sends, QA, approvals, workload management, partner communication.
- Lead key meetings (Internal and external)
- Follow existing processes and develop new processes in an intricate and dynamic CRM program.
- Work closely with strategy to test new hypotheses, adjust messaging, align with other channels and ensure flawless execution.
- Creating detailed briefs for creative and CRM teams to set up email campaigns.
- Managing the development of email marketing campaigns, triggered emails and automated flows as well as all QA, connecting between all the relevant parties to ensure a smooth and efficient execution.
- Develop email campaigns, templates and audiences in Klaviyo as needed along with CRM production managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retention marketing / email marketing / CRM / Monetization.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, email campaigns, flows, triggered emails, etc.
- Highly attentive to details, thorough, responsible, and punctual.
- Strong project management skills and highly organized by nature.
- Growth mindset - embracing failures as growth opportunities and constantly striving to improve.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability during 9am - 1pm EST for key meetings.
- Great technical skills, working with various software, spreadsheets and project management tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Great time management skills.
- Strong work ethic in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity CRM tools – experience with Klaviyo an advantage.
- Experience with SMS and app notification, a big plus.

The Partner Growth Manager will work closely with the CMO across a variety of functional areas to deliver excellent operational and partner needs.
Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with existing and new partners at the executive level alongside internal stakeholders
- Partner with the CMO to develop a partner growth strategy and lead its execution in collaboration with multi functional teams (product, marketing, creative, analytics, crm):
- Own end to end strategy and its execution against business goals.
- Meticulously monitor performance reports and test execution in accordance with campaign managers and product managers.
- Nurture partner relationships and manage partner expectations. Have the credibility to work with senior leadership teams internally and externally.
- Lead all communication channels with the partner, prepare regular weekly reviews, presentations and own task management tools (monday.com, slack, etc)
- Manage many projects simultaneously from initial concept to delivery through collaboration with strategy, creative, production and analysis internal stakeholders. Ensure all tasks are completed and delivered to the partner strategy and budget, against agreed timeframes.
- Organize meeting schedules, agendas and recaps, documentation and additional account management tasks.
- Manage partner dashboards and reporting in collaboration with BI/analytics, ensure internal and partner reporting are up-to-date in a timely manner.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operations’ effectiveness
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of client management or consulting
- Experience and strong interest in digital marketing and growth strategies
- Data driven, sharp minded with a growth mindset and ability to synthesize
- High EQ
- Role is open to remote candidates who will be available at least 5 hours during EST work day.
