Google Ads Channel - Digital Optimization Specialist - SEM
This is a full-time opportunity, working 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Working with an international team of professionals from various lanes towards shared aggressive KPIs (BI, Tracking, Creative, Product, Partner Growth, CRM, etc)
- Manage, review, and perform account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC search platforms.
- Perform daily PPC-related activities (e.g. keyword analysis and management, bidding strategies and quality score insurance, campaigns. Set up and ongoing optimization, A/B testing, and KPI analysis) to improve search visibility.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search per the KPI’s.
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and individual campaign tracking.
- Keep pace with PPC and paid social industry trends and developments.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, key reporting tools, and key areas of importance per company goals.
Requirements:
Technical:
- BS/BA/MBA degree, an advantage for Economics, Statistics, Business Management and Computer Science fields.
- Must have 5+ years of PPC experience with a deep understanding of digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Search Campaigns, Shopping Campaigns, Google Display, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising, and/or other paid media channels
- Google Ads + Google Analytics Certifications
- High Excel skills, including Vlookup, and Pivot Tables
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Experience with managing large client budgets (over $100K per month) is a plus

- Excellent written communication skills, and friendly phone etiquette

Description
Exactius is seeking a proven, experienced Tableau developer with high technical skills to join our BI group. You will be given spec files for the desired dashboard output and will work with our data engineers to make sure you have the required datasets in order to complete the job. Then, you will work by our design standards and build the specified dashboards.
We're looking for someone resourceful, bright, proactive individual who works well either independently or as a part of a team, and who will be passionate about what they are doing!

Responsibilities:
- Develop high standard scalable Tableau dashboards and data modeling
- Ability to analyze & optimize Tableau Site and dashboards performance
- Build and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency, clarity of our Tableau dashboards and deliver better value to the organization
- Ability to learn & implement our playbooks and conventions in all tiers: dashboards, measures & business logic calculations, DWH, and implement them independently
- Ability to set and improve all required configurations, and settings on Tableau desktop and Online
Requirements:
- Fluent English and great communication skills
- 1+ year of proven work experience of developing Tableau dashboards - a must
- Excellent SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets
- An analytical & business-oriented mindset, with the ability to customize efficient and easy-to-digest solutions based on the business needs
- Details-oriented with strong attention to design, time management, and organizational skills

- Availability during the EST working hours (between 9am - 3pm EST, or at least 50% availability during those hours)
