Responsibilities:
- A key player in the company to enable data driven decisions
- Participate in meetings with clients and present key insights
- Define KPIs and measure impact of product, customer success, and go-to-market efforts on business metrics
- Evaluate products and provide recommendations on product launch, product performance, product cost and trends.
- Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals related to product growth
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data
- Create and communicate key insights, influence key decisions and offer recommendations to marketing and company leadership
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency, clarity and deliver better value to the organization
What you will need:
- Fluent English and great communication skills
- 2+ years experience of analytical work, preferably for a web or mobile company, Online advertising industry
- Excellent SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets
- Passionate about data with strong analytical & technical skills
- Methodological approach for data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive them to completion
- Ability to think critically when leading projects and take an initiative approach –a must
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and the ability to work autonomously
- Flexibility to work remotely on EST time

We are happy to invite you to apply to join our international and ambitious team as a Social Media Campaign Manager (Facebook Ads).
Responsibilities:
- Working with an international team of professionals from various lanes towards shared aggressive KPIs (BI, Tracking, Creative, Product, Partner Growth, CRM, etc)
- Manage, review, and perform account responsibilities associated with Facebook Ads, and other search platforms (Facebook Ads, Twitter, Taboola, OutBrain, etc.)
- Configuration, launch, and optimization of campaigns
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and individual campaign tracking.
- Monitor and administer analytics dashboards, reports, key reporting tools, and key areas of importance in accordance with company goals.
- Daily communication with a team of specialists working on the same project.
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years in a similar role with a deep understanding of digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads
- Proficiency in Excel, including Vlookup and pivot tables
- Deep understanding of traffic acquisition tools
- Proficiency in English - Pleasant and professional communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, self-starter mindset, proactive personality

Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Take ownership of key accounts and be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective renewals, margin expansion, pricing optimization, and up/cross-selling initiatives. Utilize negotiation skills, confidence, and maturity to achieve successful outcomes.
- CLevel Relationship Building: Develop and nurture trusted business relationships with senior executives of client organizations. Demonstrate gravitas, sophistication, and a deep understanding of their business needs. Act as a strategic advisor, delivering tailored solutions and building long-term partnerships.
