Description

Exactius is currently seeking Analytics Implementation Engineers across all levels of experience to facilitate the measurement of user behavior on websites, apps, as well as offline. This work is essential to providing other Exactius teams – such as product management and campaign management – with the data they need to optimize digital assets and accelerate growth.

As an Analytics Implementation Engineer, you will analyze user journeys on e-commerce and lead generation properties and collaborate with other teams to determine what data needs to be collected. Using a variety of analytics, tagging, and digital ad platforms, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of all tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tracking plans in line with growth strategies and product hypotheses. Translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Set up tracking pixels and implement events while ensuring that tagging is aligned with local privacy regulations. Develop custom events as required by creating or adjusting scripts to collect the correct information and/or trigger the right events.
  • Configure Google Analytics and other related tools, leveraging their advanced features.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper configuration of A/B tests.
  • Conduct QA tests on a regular basis and debug technical issues that arise.
  • Regularly document tracking implementations and updates.
  • Stay up to date on new data collection techniques and implement improvements or enhancements where suitable.
  • Regularly meet with Exactius teams and third-party partners to align on tracking requirements.

Requirements

  • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. In this role, you will regularly tackle complex challenges involving multiple business functions.
  • Google Tag Manager and/or other tagging technologies.
  • Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Optimize.
  • Data Layer usage.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Server-side and client-side tracking techniques.
  • Marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok for Business, Microsoft Ads, and an understanding of different attribution models.

Responsibilities

  • Working with an international team of professionals from various lanes towards shared aggressive KPIs (BI, Tracking, Creative, Product, Partner Growth, CRM, etc)
  • Manage, review, and perform account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC search platforms.
  • Perform daily PPC-related activities (e.g. keyword analysis and management, bidding strategies and quality score insurance, campaigns. Set up and ongoing optimization, A/B testing, and KPI analysis) to improve search visibility.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with the KPI’s.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and individual campaign tracking.
  • Keep pace with PPC and paid social industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, key reporting tools, and key areas of importance in accordance with company goals.

Requirements

Technical:

  • BS/BA/MBA degree, an advantage for Economics, Statistics, Business Management andComputer Science fields.
  • Must have 3+ years of PPC experience with a deep understanding of digital marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Search Campaigns, Shopping Campaigns, Google Display, YouTube, Microsoft Advertising, and/or other paid media channels
  • Google Ads + Google Analytics Certifications
  • High Excel skills, including Vlookup, and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Experience with managing large client budgets (over $100K per month) is a plus

The Partner Growth Manager will work closely with the CMO across a variety of functional areas to deliver excellent operational and partner needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with existing and new partners at the executive level alongside internal stakeholders
  • Partner with the CMO to develop a partner growth strategy and lead its execution in collaboration with multi functional teams (product, marketing, creative, analytics, crm):
  • Own end to end strategy and its execution against business goals.
  • Meticulously monitor performance reports and tests execution in accordance with campaign managers and product managers.

The Creative team in Exactius is looking for a well organized and efficient creative manager to lead a dedicated team of designers & copywriters. The creative lead is fully responsible for creating the message, from its conception (strategy) to its implementation. The Creative Lead will produce creative assets for campaign management (paid social and paid search), product (landing page) and CRM (email marketing). The Creative Lead will also monitor its performance and continuously refine the creatives based on its performance.

The creative lead should work closely with the rest of the Exactius team to continuously improve the messaging and the performance of the communication.
