Description

You’re a true expert, with a solid technical background and relevant experience, in tagging and tracking websites and mobile apps. You're a student of the digital media industry - especially ad tech tools and systems (DSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers, DCO, tag management). You have a solid grasp of the entire customer funnel, and you know that keenly understanding user behavior through the funnel will supercharge the acquisition, product, retention impact. You’ve experienced working with Campaign Managers across many different ad platforms (especially Facebook, Google, Native, and leading programmatic networks), Product Managers, QA, and BI and you understand each team's role and needs. You love pushing for ongoing improvement of efficiencies and challenging established outcomes. You love to learn, expand your perspective, tackle complex growth challenges, and enjoy multidisciplinary thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking plans: develop a tracking plan in line with growth strategy and product hypothesis. Work swiftly with Product Managers and Campaign Managers to execute the initial plan, and improve as we collect more data and evolve our strategy.
  • Track micro & macro conversions across websites & apps: partner with Product Managers and Campaign Managers to establish front-end best practices to make tracking as replicable and fast as possible across websites clients and each platform (tagmanagement, web analytics, custom conversion on each advertising platform). Ensure tagging aligned with local privacy regulations.
  • Segment tracking when available: work with backend and frontend teams to assign segments to each user and make sure such segments data are transferred to the right platforms.
  • Develop custom tracking when required: create or adjust scripts to collect the correct information and/or trigger the right events.
  • Advance Web Analytics implementation: implement Google Analytics across all clients leveraging this tool to its full extent: track events, goals, eCommerce dimensions and user segments, integration with third-party systems like CRMs.
  • Own it from beginning to end, and never stop improving: own the analytics implementation from the campaign all the way to the reporting. You understand that your team is integral in ensuring campaigns are built correctly and executed impeccably to drive measurable results to drive growth, and that you must ensure that the BI team receives similar data so we can accurately read performance to develop new growth strategies. You keep track of the growth opportunities/challenges and always try to leverage analytics implementation to find new solutions.

    Requirements

    • Must-have technical skills: HTML, JavaScript, Advanced Google Sheet/Excel
      A plus: Knowledge/proficiency in React, Knowledge/proficiency in Node.js

    • Must-have expertise: Google Analytics (Measurement Protocol, Google Analytics APIs, Google Analytics 4), Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize

      Senior Pay Per Click (PPC) Campaign Manager Google Channel - Digital Optimization Specialist - SEM
      This is a full-time opportunity, working 100% remotely.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage, review, and perform account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Bing and other PPC search platforms.
      • Perform daily PPC related activities (e.g. keyword analysis and management, bidding strategies and quality score insurance, campaigns. Set up and ongoing optimization, A/B testing, and KPI analysis) to improve search visibility.
      • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for new keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with quarterly goals.
      • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and individual campaign tracking.
      • Keep pace with PPC and paid social industry trends and developments.

        Requirements
