Description

Exactius is currently seeking Analytics Implementation Engineers across all levels of experience to facilitate the measurement of user behavior on websites, apps, as well as offline. This work is essential to providing other Exactius teams – such as product management and campaign management – with the data they need to optimize digital assets and accelerate growth.

As an Analytics Implementation Engineer, you will analyze user journeys on e-commerce and lead generation properties and collaborate with other teams to determine what data needs to be collected. Using a variety of analytics, tagging, and digital ad platforms, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of all tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tracking plans in line with growth strategies and product hypotheses. Translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Set up tracking pixels and implement events while ensuring that tagging is aligned with local privacy regulations. Develop custom events as required by creating or adjusting scripts to collect the correct information and/or trigger the right events.
  • Configure Google Analytics and other related tools, leveraging their advanced features.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper configuration of A/B tests.
  • Conduct QA tests on a regular basis and debug technical issues that arise.
  • Regularly document tracking implementations and updates.
  • Stay up to date on new data collection techniques and implement improvements or enhancements where suitable.
  • Regularly meet with Exactius teams and third-party partners to align on tracking requirements.

Requirements

  • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. In this role, you will regularly tackle complex challenges involving multiple business functions.
  • Google Tag Manager and/or other tagging technologies.
  • Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Optimize.
  • Data Layer usage.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Server-side and client-side tracking techniques.
  • Marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok for Business, Microsoft Ads, and an understanding of different attribution models.
  • Bonus Skills: Segment, Shopify, Snowplow, Google Cloud Platform, and/or an aptitude and interest to quickly learn platforms that you don't have hands-on experience with.

Description

The Partner Growth Manager will work closely with the CMO across a variety of functional areas to deliver excellent operational and partner needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic relationships with existing and new partners at the executive level alongside internal stakeholders
  • Partner with the CMO to develop a partner growth strategy and lead its execution in collaboration with multi functional teams (product, marketing, creative, analytics, crm):
  • Own end to end strategy and its execution against business goals.
  • Meticulously monitor performance reports and tests execution in accordance with campaign managers and product managers.
  • Nurture partner relationships and manage partner expectations. Have the credibility to work with senior leadership teams internally and externally.
  • Lead all communication channels with the partner, prepare regular weekly reviews, presentations and own task management tools (monday.com, slack, etc)
  • Manage many projects simultaneously from initial concept to delivery through collaboration with strategy, creative, production and analysis internal stakeholders. Ensure all tasks are completed and delivered to the partner strategy and budget, against agreed timeframes.
  • Organize meeting schedules, agendas and recaps, documentation and additional account management tasks.
  • Manage partner dashboards and reporting in collaboration with BI/analytics, ensure internal and partner reporting are up-to-date in a timely manner.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operations’ effectiveness

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of client management or consulting
  • Experience and strong interest in digital marketing and growth strategies
  • Data driven, sharp minded with a growth mindset and ability to synthesize
  • High EQ
  • Role is open to remote candidates who will be available at least 5 hours during EST work day.

Exactius is seeking a proven, experienced Tableau developer with high technical skills to join our BI group. You will be given spec files for the desired dashboard output and will work with our data engineers to make sure you have the required datasets in order to complete the job. Then, you will work by our design standards and build the specified dashboards.

We're looking for someone resourceful, bright, proactive individual who works well either independently or as a part of a team, and who will be passionate about what they are doing!

  • Ability to analyze & optimize Tableau Site and dashboards performance
  • Build and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency, clarity of our Tableau dashboards and deliver better value to the organization

Requirements

  • Fluent English and great communication skills
  • 1+ year of proven work experience of developing Tableau dashboards - a must
  • Extensive experience and deep understanding of (level of details) LOD expressions
  • Excellent SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets
  • Professional working methodologies and experience to develop easy-to-maintain, replicable dashboards items
